Marilyn Torres-Bosques

Marilyn Torres-Bosques was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and has called North Carolina home since 2014. She comes from a background of 30+ years in Human Resources at various levels of the Federal Government, and brings those valuable people, leadership, teamwork, and meticulous attention-to-detail skills to bear when working with her Real Estate Clients.

Marilyn proudly served 25 years in the Army, and retired out of Fort Bragg (now Fort Liberty) in 2015, to accept a Department of the Army Civilian job. Her all-encompassing experience dealing with the stress of moving to a new place, getting to know the different areas around base, finding a home to settle the Family, getting the kids enrolled in school, etc – all while starting a new job – is what makes Marilyn your “Go-To” relocation expert.

Marilyn thoroughly enjoys the whole Real Estate process – from meeting new Clients and listening to their needs and desires, to searching for that perfect place that will become their home, to educating and walking her Clients through the entire process to get those keys, to seeing the joy and satisfaction in her Client’s eyes when they open that front door. That is why Marilyn decided to enter the Real Estate world – because she loves what she calls “peopleing”.

Marilyn is a Wife, a Mom (to humans & doggies 🥰), and a NaNa. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband and their three doggies. Marilyn is fully fluent in English and Español.
